7. Nature of the Software and User Responsibility
7.1 Nature of the Software
Velorin is a third-party desktop utility built to personalize the gaming experience. The Software provides tools, visual customizations, and interface elements that run locally on the user's own computer.
The decision to install, configure, and use the Software is entirely the end user's. By allowing the Software to run on their device, the user accepts responsibility for the technical operations the Software performs.
Velorin acts as the distributor of a utility application. The user is directly responsible for the behavior of the Software at each runtime, for the game or application it is used alongside, and for the outcomes of such use.
Velorin has no commercial, technical, or legal affiliation with game publishers (Riot Games etc.). League of Legends and Valorant are registered trademarks of Riot Games. Velorin is not endorsed, approved by, or affiliated with the publishers of these games.
7.2 User Acknowledgment
By using the Software, the user acknowledges:
They have read and accepted the service terms of the respective game publishers (Riot Games etc.).
They are aware that using the Software may be evaluated under the policies enforced by game publishers.
Any sanction decision on a game account is at the sole discretion of the game publisher, entirely independent of Velorin.
Use of the Software occurs at the user's own personal choice and responsibility.
7.3 Disclaimer
Velorin cannot be held responsible for:
Temporary or permanent sanctions applied to game accounts
Loss of in-game currency, cosmetics, or user progression
Future technical measures implemented by game publishers
Issues arising from the user's interaction with other programs
Any use of the Software that may result in warnings, suspensions, or permanent bans by game publishers
7.4 Scope of User Responsibility
The user:
Is responsible for checking their own local laws before using the Software.
Must follow the current policies of the game publishers.
Is responsible for consequences arising from simultaneous use across multiple accounts.
Should evaluate the Software as an experience customizer, not as a tool that guarantees a specific outcome.
8. Ownership
The Velorin brand, logo, and source code belong to us.
Content shared by users (messages, profile, config) belongs to the user; Velorin receives only a limited license to display it on the platform.
League of Legends and Valorant are registered trademarks of Riot Games. Velorin is not affiliated with or endorsed by Riot Games.

Services are not guaranteed to be uninterrupted or error-free.
Velorin is not liable for indirect or special damages.
