Valorant hidden name reveal: see your team's identities
Why Does Valorant Have Hidden Names?
Depending on privacy settings, Valorant hides some players' names in a match. This can leave you unable to see who a player on your own team is. Velorin's hidden name feature shows those names for your own team.
What Does It Do?
The feature makes the real name of hidden players on your team visible. You clearly see who you queued with and who picked which agent. It reveals your own team's identities, not the opponents' names.
Why It Works
- Team communication. Knowing who you play with makes coordination easier; you call the right name and plan with the right person.
- Smurfs and alt accounts. A hidden name is often a smurf, a second account or a bought account. You see your team's real level before the match starts.
- Familiar players. You recognize someone you have played with before, and notice if there is history between you.
- Clarity. The confusion caused by hidden names goes away. You know exactly who everyone in the lobby is.
Velorin's Valorant Tools
Hidden name is part of Velorin's Valorant module. The same module also includes:
- Match tracker. Shows the rank and agent of players in the match.
- Color filter. A visibility tool that greys out the screen and leaves only your chosen enemy color bright.
- Custom crosshair. Draws your own crosshair on screen from inside the color filter overlay.
Safety
Valorant is protected at the kernel level by Vanguard — the most aggressive of the consumer anti-cheats. Velorin's Valorant tools are designed with that in mind, but no tool can promise zero risk. Act knowing what you use.
