LoL range overlays: attack, tower and ward range + camera zoom
What Are Range Overlays?
In League of Legends, distance is everything. Are you in attack range, are you in tower range, what does your ward see — measuring these by eye leaves a wide margin for error. Velorin draws these distances on screen and removes the guesswork.
Which Ranges Does It Draw?
- Attack range. Your own auto-attack range is shown as a ring. You instantly see whether you can reach a minion or a champion.
- Tower range. The enemy tower's range is drawn. You dive knowing whether you can, and when the tower will hit you.
- Ward vision range. Shows how much area a ward sees. You see where your vision is and where your blind spots are.
You toggle each overlay individually from the menu. They are not one single overlay; you show what you want and hide the rest.
Camera Zoom Is a Separate Thing
Range overlays are drawn onto the screen. Camera zoom is different from them — it changes the game's own camera distance, so you see a wider area. It is not a drawing; it is a view-distance setting. Do not mix them up: range overlays draw what is where, camera zoom changes how far you can see.
Why It Works
- Better dive decisions. By seeing tower range, you know when you can dive safely.
- No missed last hits. With your attack range visible, you do not walk uselessly toward a minion that is out of range.
- Vision control. Ward range clarifies what you and the enemy can see.
Alongside Other Features
Range overlays ship in the same client as ESP and the last-hit helper. While the last-hit helper does the damage math, the range overlay draws the reach distance — together they make the lane phase far more readable.
Safety
Range overlays read game data and draw it on screen. Camera zoom changes the game's camera setting. Riot Games' Vanguard protection monitors third-party software, and this use is against the terms of service. Velorin runs up to date every patch, but no tool can promise zero risk.
One client for League of Legends and Valorant. Up to date from day one.
